Quasar, a global B2B medical device manufacturer is looking to hire a Project Specialist who will join our Program Department at Dongguan, china.  This position will report to Project manager.

The ideal candidate is expected to work together with Project Manager to ensure a project or multiple projects meet Customer expectations, defined by project scope, on time delivery and meet financial target, defined by budget objectives. Project Specialists work with Business development, Key Account managers, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across Quasar.

Responsibilities
  • Support Project Manager with creating Project schedules and ensuring Project On-time Delivery.
  • Support Project manager with creating and maintaining project budgets by ensuring Costs are cross-charged in a timely manner.
  • Schedule Project meetings and record meeting minutes as necessary.
  • Prepare external and internal Project Progress reports.
  • Follow up with project team members on on-time completion of assigned tasks.
  • Order administration and management from receiving customers’ orders to shipment.
  • Liaising customers’ requests to internal team members and follow up internal feedback to customers.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • College degree or above.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience as Project Specialist / Customer Service Specialist in Medical Device / Electronic Industry.
  • Good Communication Skills to manage internal and external communications.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations preferred.
  • Must be results-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully support multiple projects and programs and meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools is required.
